Liverpool fans have been blown away with excitement as Philippe Coutinho was named to start against Burnley at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds announced that Coutinho, 25, would start the fixture on their official Twitter account prior to kick-off.

There was intense speculation about whether Coutinho would leave Anfield during the summer transfer window after he handed in a transfer request following a series of hefty bids from Barcelona as they looked to replace Neymar.
The Merseyside playmaker has not started a game this season due to an apparent back injury and it seems that he has been drafted in due to a number of usual first-teamers failing to make Jurgen Klopp’s line-up.
Sadio Mane is one notable absentee due to his red card suspension while Daniel Sturridge and James Milner have also been brought into the starting line-up.

However the main talking point for Liverpool fans is undoubtedly the inclusion of Coutinho who is starting his first game of the domestic season.

Coutinho’s influence in midfield and attack will undoubtedly see Liverpool continue their impressive form against Burnley on Saturday as the Clarets have not won at Anfield since the 1970s.
The Brazilian playmaker appears to be starting behind a front three of Sturridge, Robertino Firmino and Mohamed Salah.
