Liverpool fans reacted with encouragement on Twitter after Tiago Ilori reportedly completed a £3.75million move to Reading.
Reliable journalist Paul Joyce revealed that Ilori’s new deal includes a sell-on clause which would see Liverpool receive 35% of the price when he moves on from Reading.

The young defender has been a regular feature in the Under-23s side this season but he has not made a single first team appearance under Jurgen Klopp in 2016-17.
Ilori joined the Reds in September 2013 and he was tipped to become a future star but the centre-back has struggled to make a breakthrough into the side and was sent out on loan for three successive seasons.

Good. Actually made some money then. That Committee malarkey was a disaster. Still want to see Flanno return though.

Ilori failed to secure a loan deal in the summer but has been consistently strong alongside Mamadou Sakho for the Liverpool’s reserve side this season.
Some fans believed he still had potential to succeed but the majority were pleased he is now able to move on and further his career elsewhere after failing to impress at Anfield.
The 23-year-old notched up three appearances for Liverpool, all of which were in the FA Cup after he was handed his debut by Klopp during the 2-2 draw against Exeter in January 2016.
