By Danny Wright
Liverpool fans were blown away by the performance of Ben Woodburn in Wales’ 1-0 win over Austria in a 2018 World Cup qualifier on Saturday night.
Woodburn, 17, came off the bench in the 69th minute and it took him just five minutes to pull off some international heroics as he scored a beautiful goal from outside the penalty area to seal all three points for Chris Colemen’s side.

The Liverpool attacker was making his full international debut in the clash, which by winning has helped Wales keep alive their hopes of qualifying for next summer’s World Cup in Russia.
Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale played all 90 minutes of the qualifier but he failed to put his name in the headlines as Woodburn stole the show.
The winger is yet to earn a senior appearance for the Reds this season, but the fans are know in the mindset that Jurgen Klopp should call him up to his squad after showing his match-winning capabilities in Cardiff on Saturday.
