Liverpool news: Pundit issues emphatic Harvey Elliott claim after footage emerges
Paul Robinson has backed Harvey Elliott to be a regular for Liverpool in the 2022-23 campaign if he stays fit and injury free.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one stressed the importance of the 19-year-old having a strong pre-season.
Elliott began last campaign promisingly for the Reds and started three of the first four Premier League fixtures.

An ankle injury at Leeds United on 12 September then sidelined the teenager for the best part of five months.
As seen on coach Scott Chickelday’s Twitter (30 June), Elliott has been working on his shooting ahead of Liverpool’s pre-season.
When asked by Football Insider if the attacking midfielder could stake a claim for a starting spot next season, Robinson said: “Harvey Elliott is one of the manager’s favourites.
“It is important for him to have a good pre-season and then to keep himself fit. That will give him the best opportunity of staking a claim in that starting XI.
“I don’t think many players are guaranteed a starting spot at Liverpool. What he needs to do is to stay injury free.
“I have no doubt that the manager will give him opportunities. The manager likes him. He showed that at the beginning of last season.
“I don’t think he’ll start every game but the manager trusts him so he could play in important fixtures next season.”
