Liverpool fans have been left furious with Curtis Jones after he revealed who he believes is a better player between Mohamed Salah and Eden Hazard.
It is a debate that has raged on between fans for years with the two wingers having been compared to each other, with everyone having their own opinion on the matter.
Curtis Jones is someone who has spent his career playing alongside Salah, but he grew up idolising Hazard while watching him play for Chelsea.
Jones spoke to Rio Ferdinand on TNT Sports’ Between The Lines about the two players and made a revelation that surprised Liverpool fans.
Jones said, “I wouldn’t say he’s disrespected but he might not come into certain talks that he should, and the talk with Mo and all the lads. But as a footballer, is he better than Mo? In my opinion, yes.”
The fact that the _-year-old picked the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star over his own teammate was a decision that has left many Liverpool fans infuriated.
