Sources: Liverpool plan to new announce signing revealed after Carvalho agreement
Liverpool are planning to announce the signing of Fabio Carvalho within weeks even though he will not officially join until 1 July, Football Insider understands.
The Premier League giants have agreed personal terms with the attacking midfielder, 19, as well as a compensation fee with Fulham and he will move to Anfield as soon as his contract expires at the end of June.
A Liverpool source has told Football Insider that the club intend to announce the signing of Carvalho when the Championship season ends in May.

But that date may be brought forward now that Fulham’s promotion to the Premier League has been confirmed.
This site revealed on 28 March that Liverpool had reached an “agreement in principle” to sign the Portugal Under-21 international before he became a free agent at the end of June.
They will pay an initial £5million to Fulham for Carvalho and that will be supplemented by a potential £2.7m of add-ons.
The youngster has also agreed a five-year contract with Liverpool that will significantly increase his salary.
Carvalho underwent a medical at the end of last window and a fee of £8.4m was agreed but the transfer could not be processed in time.
Carvalho will be a free agent from the end of June but Fulham are due a compensation fee for development costs.
He is one of three teenagers set to join Liverpool this summer.
The Merseyside giants have already captured winger Ben Doak from Celtic and are also set to complete the signing of Derry City winger Trent Kone-Doherty imminently.
This site broke the news on 20 January that Liverpool were working on a deal to land the red-hot teenager after getting the green light from chief scout Barry Hunter.

Carvalho, who has been operating in a number 10 role or on the left side of the attacker, has been a key player in Fulham’s successful promotion campaign.
He has made 31 Championship starts among 36 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists.
