Liverpool fans want the club to “raid” Nottingham Forest in a bid to sign Morgan Gibbs-White during the January transfer window.
The Reds want to add the England international to their squad in a bid to add more goals from midfield while tapping into his ability to link up play.
Well-placed sources have told Football Insider that a summer deal would be harder for Forest to reject for the right price, but Arne Slot’s side could push to bring him in this month.
Gibbs-White joined Forest in 2022 and has gone on to become a pivotal part of the team and their unexpected success this season.
The attacking midfielder has produced three goals and three assists this season in 15 appearances in the Premier League and remains under contract at the City Ground until 2027.
