Luis Diaz and Wataru Endo react as Liverpool transfer exit confirmed
Wataru Endo and Luis Diaz have both reacted after Liverpool officially confirmed the departure of another player in the transfer market.
While there have already been a number of incomings at Anfield as Arne Slot‘s side look to build on last season’s title win, departures have also been sanctioned.
That includes in goal, where Caoimhin Kelleher has already been sold to Brentford, amid the arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia.
Meanwhile, Vitezslav Jaros has left Liverpool to join Ajax on loan, linking up with the Reds’ former coach John Heitinga in the process.

Harvey Davies latest to seal Anfield exit
On Thursday (26 June), it was confirmed that another goalkeeper has now departed Merseyside on a temporary basis.
Harvey Davies, who is yet to make a first-team appearance for Liverpool, has signed a new contract with the club, and joined League Two side Crawley Town on loan for the 2025/26 season.
The goalkeeper previously spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan in League Two with Crewe Alexandra, helping them to qualify for the play-offs.
After Liverpool announced both the loan exit and new contract for Davies on their Instagram page, both Diaz and Endo showed their support for their young teammate by liking that post.
Liverpool exit poses new transfer question
Football Insider Verdict
With Jaros and Davies now having both departed, there may be a question over whether the Reds will move to sign a new third-choice goalkeeper this summer.
That was a role that needed to be filled last season by Jaros in the win at Crystal Palace in particular, and so Liverpool may be reluctant to leave themselves too short in that position.
Even so, Davies will still benefit from the experience of more regular first-team football, something the 21-year-old needs at this stage of his career.
With Arne Slot’s side still eyeing up more additions after bringing in Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth, there may be more exits as well to make room for new recruits.
Diaz is among those who could leave Liverpool for the right price, which would raise significant funds for further investment.
As a result, the transfer window will surely continue to generate plenty of activity at Anfield for the time being.
