Leeds defender Luke Ayling is set to face his former teammate Craig Eastmond in the FA Cup after Sutton United beat Wimbledon in the FA Cup.
Eastmond’s Sutton produced a sensational FA Cup giant killing by beating League One outfit AFC Wimbledon in a third-round replay on Tuesday night, which will now see Leeds travel to the National League side on January 29.
Ayling, who played with Eastmond during their time in Arsenal’s youth team, sent a message on his personal Twitter account, stating that he would see him “in a couple of weeks”.

Former Leeds striker Tom Elliott put Wimbledon into the lead, before goals from Roarie Deacon, Maxime Biamou and Dan Fitchett saw Sutton secure a dramatic 3-1 win in the final minutes.
Wimbledon were up against it despite scoring early on, after veteran centre-back Paul Robinson was sent off for a last-man challenge on striker Matt Tubbs.
Ayling, who joined Leeds in the summer for £750,000 from Bristol City, will now go up against his former Gunners teammate in just under two weeks at Gander Green Lane.
The FA Cup tie is packed into the middle of a busy week for Leeds, as they host Nottingham Forest on January 25 before travelling to Blackburn on February 1.
Ayling might not play against Sutton, as manager Monk looks to prioritise his side’s Championship campaign by resting his star players in the cup.
