Keith Hackett gives verdict as Lyndon Dykes avoids yellow card
Scotland failed to scored against Denmark despite the efforts of stars like Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay.
Meanwhile, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about Dykes’ challenge, Hackett said: “This is an illegal use of the forearm by Lyndon Dykes clearly not seen by the referee.
“It is a reckless challenge and the player should have received the sanction of a yellow card.
“You will appreciate that under VAR criteria a replay of the incident cannot be involved in something which is not a sending off offence.”
