Celtic supporters on Twitter have revealed their admiration for captain Scott Brown, who was spotted in Russia wearing a t-shirt in freezing temperatures as the Bhoys prepared to face Zenit.
The 32-year-old senior player was shown in a picture that was published on the club’s official Twitter account.
“It’s -11C in St.Petersburg and the captain, in short sleeves, leads the team out for their pre-match walk!”

The reaction to the photo has saw one supporter claim that the Hoops midfielder “doesn’t feel the cold”.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter to Brown’s odd decision to brave the freezing weather:

As for the match itself, the Hoops go into the second leg with a 1-0 lead over Roberto Mancini’s side.
The Bhoys dominated the first leg, and were fully deserving of the victory which Callum McGregor’s second-half strike provided.
Brendan Rodgers and his players will be fully aware that Zenit will be a far tougher prospect to deal with in the Krestovsky Stadium, and it will take a huge performance from the Hoops if they are to reach the last 16 of European competition for the first time in five years.
Brown will be a key player in the game, his partnership with Eboue Kouassi was one of the main reasons that the Hoops dominated the first leg, as their control of midfield provided a platform for the attacking players to build on.
