'Terrible news', 'Gutted' - Leeds fans distraught after reports of new injury blow
Leeds fans took to social media to respond to the news that Caleb Ekuban would be out until the end of January with an injury.
Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post posted an update on Ekuban revealing that he doesn’t need surgery but he will still be out for six weeks.

Ekuban sustained the injury in the win against Queens Park Ranger and he had to be subbed off in the 38th minute of the game.
The striker has only made six appearances in the Championship this season and is yet to score a goal.
Ekuban has already missed three months of action this season, after having an operation to pin a broken bone following the game against Sunderland in August.

Unlucky for the lad, I hope he is not rushed back, would prefer if he was 8/9 weeks maybe to ensure his injury heals properly. Bet he is feeling really down. Come on Ekuban Marching on Together!!!!

Without having Ekuban to select, Leeds United were still able to achieve victory against Norwich City thanks to a Pontus Jansson goal.
Jansson headed home Paweł Cibicki’s free-kick just before the end of the first-half to give Leeds a 1-0 victory.
The Whites are within one point of Aston Villa and Sheffield United who occupy the final play-off positions currently.
In other Leeds United news, this Whites fringe player has dropped a huge hint about a potential future transfer away from Elland Road.
