Man City at final stage of completing Gianluigi Donnaruma as double deal close
Manchester City are waiting on the last dominoes to fall into place before they complete the signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma, sources have told Football Insider.
City have agreed personal terms with Donnarumma, and are clear favourites in the race to land the Italian shot-stopper following extensive talks.
However, sources say that the transfer won’t be confirmed until a deal to sell current keeper Ederson to Galatasaray is finalised.
The Turkish giants have already had a bid rejected for the 32-year-old, and are negotiating with City to agree on a price that suits both parties.

Gianluigi Donnarumma’s price tag won’t be a problem for Man City
Donnarumma will leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, following a major fall-out behind the scenes.
The Champions League winners have signed Lucas Chevalier from Lille to be their new starting goalkeeper, leaving the Italy international surplus to requirements.
Given the current situation in the French capital, sources say that Man City would have no trouble agreeing a fee with PSG for Donnarumma.
Manchester United had been credited with an interest in the 26-year-old, but look to be signing Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp instead.

Man City loanee will take wage drop
Meanwhile, Jack Grealish will consider a wage drop at the end of this season to sign a permanent deal at Everton, sources have told Football Insider.
The 29-year-old is currently on loan at the Toffees from Manchester City, after falling out of favour at the Etihad Stadium.
Grealish impressed on his home debut for Everton, picking up two assists as David Moyes’ side beat Brighton 2-0 in their first Premier League game at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Sources say that the England international’s wages, which Man City are contributing towards this season, are too high for the Merseyside club to cover, but that negotiations could take place if he continues to perform well.
