Man City backed to seal multiple signings after journalist’s £207m reveal – pundit
Kevin Campbell has claimed “it would be great” for Man City if they can bring in £200million from player sales this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Arsenal and Everton striker suggested the money generated from exits will be used to further revamp the squad.
Man City have already signed Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer.

While Ferran Torres, Fernandinho, Pedro Porro and Gavin Bazunu have left the Etihad.
According to The Telegraph‘s James Ducker (14 June), Gabriel Jesus, Raheem Sterling, Yangel Herrera and Morgan Rogers could also leave the club before the window closes.
It is reported that the aforementioned departures and potential departures could bring in as much as £207million for the Premier League champions.
When asked by Football Insider for his assessment on City’s summer window, Campbell said: “There will be more incomings.
“If they are letting four go they need to bring in a few others because you don’t want to leave yourself short. You don’t want to be depleted.
“If they can bring in big money for those players, say between £150-£200million, it is good business though. It would be great balancing of the books.”
Jesus and Sterling’s futures are up in the air following the arrivals of Haaland and Julian Alvarez in Manchester.

Both players have just 12 months left on their contracts at the Etihad.
Arsenal are interested in signing Jesus while Chelsea are keeping tabs on Sterling.
