Man City boss Pep Guardiola slaughtered by fans as ‘nasty’ post-match footage emerges

Man City manager Pep Guardiola has been slaughtered for berating Jack Grealish after their draw against Arsenal on Sunday (31 March).

The Citizens’ and the Gunners’ highly-anticipated encounter at the Etihad proved underwhelming after they fought out a 0-0 draw in the heated title race.

With just three shots on target generated between Guardiola’s and Mikel Arteta’s sides, the clash will not live long in the memory of neutrals or City and Arsenal fans.

However, many supporters spotted the Spaniard’s heated encounter with Grealish after full-time.

Fans not impressed by Pep Guardiola rant after Man City draw

Guardiola seemed to single out the England international, who looked visibly frustrated with his boss, in front of the cameras and seemed to give him strong criticism for his performance.

Grealish began the game on the bench but was brought on in the 61st minute to replace Mateo Kovacic as Guardiola attempted to earn his paycheque and make a tactical change to win the points.

However, the winger was unable to affect the scoreline despite having two successful dribbles, one key pass and winning four ground duels.

Regardless, his boss was not impressed at all – and fans feel Guardiola’s reaction was uncalled for.

They have taken to social media to react to the manager’s “nasty” antics, and many feel he was only doing it for the cameras.
