Man City fans are all saying the same thing about Erling Haaland absence
Manchester City fans have suggested their team are better off without Erling Haaland following their 4-0 victory over Brighton on Thursday (25 April).
The Norweigan international missed the game against the Seagulls after picking up a muscle injury before his side’s FA Cup victory over Chelsea.
The Citizens were clinical going forward at the Amex, with the in-form Phil Foden grabbing another double, while Kevin De Bruyne and Julian Alvarez also got on the scoresheet.
Haaland hasn’t quite reached the heights of his debut season in the Premier League, but he’s still joint-top of the goalscoring charts alongside Cole Palmer on 20 strikes for the campaign.
The 23-year-old has registered 31 goals in 39 appearances as he looks to help his side retain the league title.
There is a chance the forward could be available again for the clash against Nottingham Forest on Sunday (28 April) after Pep Guardiola revealed his muscle issue isn’t serious.

That won’t please some of the Man City fans, with one suggesting their side are “much more fluid” without Haaland.
