Man United could hijack move to sign Real Madrid star – ‘they have to do it quickly’
Man United have made clear progress in the Premier League this season and Ruben Amorim is keen to push forward with ambitious plans for the future.
Following their 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest last time out, Amorim is keen to improve his squad when the transfer window opens.
One position high on the club’s list of priorities is a new striker, with Benjamin Sesko the clear first-choice, while uncertainty continues to surround Joshua Zirkzee.
As a result, Man United have been linked to Real Madrid’s Endrick, who is expected to leave Los Blancos on loan during the January transfer window.
The 19-year-old has made just one appearance under Xabi Alonso, an 11-minute cameo during their 4-0 win against Valencia, and will leave in search of playing time.

Man United unlikely to sign Real Madrid star Endrick
Man United are among multiple clubs tracking Endrick, with the forward tipped for big things in the future despite his lack of involvement at Real Madrid.
However, United are unlikely to step up their interest as things stand due to the Brazil international’s lack of top-level experience and concerns about his playing time.
That is according to former Man United chief scout Mick Brown, who worked at Old Trafford for over a decade during the club’s most successful period, as he exclusively told Football Insider that United will instead assess other targets.
“Man United have been keeping an eye on Endrick,” he told Football Insider.
“But only as much as they will be looking at all of the best young players in the world, and I’m sure they’re not the only ones aware of his talent given he’s already at Real Madrid.
“Now, they need to know what his issue has been at Real Madrid and why he hasn’t been playing, but of course they could be tempted to make a move.
“If he looks like he’s going elsewhere, they’d have to do it quickly I expect.
“The thing is, I have a few doubts because at the moment, United need people who are going to come into the side and make a difference.

“They want more experienced options with proven ability, not another young player who there has been a lot of uncertainty about at the moment.
“I expect they’re more likely to look at their other options, and ultimately you have to ask, if he’s not getting in at Real Madrid, why would he be good enough for United?”
United are considering a number of striker targets, having also been linked with moves for more experienced options in Robert Lewandowski and Harry Kane.
West Ham also keeping tabs on Endrick as Lyon deal close
Former Everton CEO Keith Wyness told Football Insider on 30 October that West Ham had opened talks over Endrick and hoped to secure his signature in January.
The Hammers are determined to land a new striker in the mid-season window given concerns about the performances of Niclas Fullkrug and Callum Wilson.
Meanwhile, they are expected to be limited financially, meaning a loan move would provide the perfect opportunity for Nuno Espirito Santo to strengthen his squad.

However, Football Insider revealed on 1 November that Lyon are leading the race for Endrick and are highly likely to get a deal over the line despite rival interest.
Real Madrid see the Ligue 1 outfit are seen as a better destination for the striker’s development and, bar any late hijack from somebody like United or West Ham, he looks set for the move.
