Man United fans are convinced Bruno Fernandes wants Erik ten Hag to be sacked after his performance against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
Ten Hag’s side limped to a frustrating 0-0 draw away from home, but were finally able to stem the tide of goals against them in recent weeks.
However, the travelling fans immediately turned their attention to the performance of their captain who turned in yet another below-par display.
Fernandes, 30, once again failed to impact the game going forward and was extremely wasteful in possession, leaving the watching United supporters frustrated.
This comes following a dismal run of form for the attacking midfielder, who had been shown a red card in each of his previous two games against Tottenham and Porto.
Now, after the draw with Villa, fans have gone as far as to suggest that Fernandes is deliberately playing poorly in an attempt to see Ten Hag dismissed.

Following the result, fans have taken to social media with their criticisms of the captain, and many have insisted he is attempting to see his manager sacked.
