Man United fans rage as Jadon Sancho footage emerges from Chelsea v Tottenham

Man United fans were left raging at the club after Jadon Sancho found the net in the clash between Chelsea at Tottenham on 8 December.

Sancho’s effort pulled one back for the Blues before half-time, having gone two goals down after just 11 minutes when Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski found the net.

A second-half strike from Enzo Fernandez, followed by a brace from Cole Palmer and a late consolation goal from Son Heung-min saw the game finish 4-3 to the visitors.

However, it was Sancho’s display which left a bitter taste in the mouths of watching Man United fans, who lamented the club for having let him leave in the summer.

A public falling-out with Erik ten Hag saw Man United cash in on the winger on an initial season-long loan with a £25million option to buy at the end of the season.

However, following his goal – an effort fired into the bottom corner after cutting inside from the left wing – and a classy all-round display, supporters are insisting he should never have been let go.

They have also pointed to the inconsistent performances of their current left-wing options Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho and insisted Sancho would have been the best of the three.

Sancho was an inconsistent performer at Old Trafford even before his fall-out with Ten Hag, having scored 12 goals and picked up six assists in 83 appearances.

Since his move to Stamford Bridge, however, he has found the net twice and picked up five assists in just 11 games and has begun to show the sort of form which United had been looking for.

However, with his move to Chelsea set to be made permanent at the end of the season, United fans have taken to social media to express their frustration at the decision.
