Man United supporters were impressed by Alejandro Garnacho’s “incredible” performance against Brentford on Saturday (19 October).
The 20-time champions came from behind to defeat the Bees 2-1 after second-half goals from Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund to secure their third win of the season.
The 20-year-old winger opened the scoring for Erik ten Hag’s team in the 47th minute after he met a cross from Marcus Rashford to smash the ball into the back of the net.
The Argentina international was lively throughout the game, having eight shots and creating two chances throughout the fixture.
Garnacho had 50 touches against Brentford with 10 of them taking place in the opposition box, causing plenty of problems for the Bees.
The winger also impressed defensively by winning five duels, making seven recoveries, and having a 100% tackle success rate.
