‘Man United is toxic’ – fans taken aback by Jadon Sancho’s latest message

Man United fans are convinced that the club has a “toxic environment” after Jadon Sancho’s latest comments towards Marcus Rashford.

Rashford followed Sancho out of Old Trafford during the January transfer window, joining Aston Villa on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old had been outcasted from the United team by Ruben Amorim who has called out Rashford’s attitude and commitment since taking charge of the club.

Sancho got people’s attention when he responded to Rashford’s Aston Villa Instagram post with the one-word jibe, ‘freedom’.

Sancho technically remains a United player as he is also on loan this season at Chelsea, although the Blues have an obligation to buy him at the end of the campaign.

The former Borussia Dortmund winger has also had problems during his time at Old Trafford, and the way that players are reacting to their time at the club is becoming a worrisome situation.

Rio Ferdinand has weighed in on Man United players thriving elsewhere

During the latest episode of Rio Presents former United defender Rio Ferdinand weighed in on former players such as Scott McTominay and Anthony Elanga thriving away from the club.

He said, “You’ve got all these players that are leaving the club that are looking like absolutely new dynamic football players because the shackles are off. The cloud and the pressure of Old Trafford, the badge, and all of that brings is allowing them to go, ‘wow, what a difference that is.’

“You’re probably going to see the same from Marcus and it’s about unlocking what is that, what is that going to be that’s unlocked at Old Trafford for these players to perform.”

Man United fans are worried about the backstage culture at Old Trafford

United supporters believe that there is “toxicity” coming from within the club that is bigger than just any of the current players.

It’s a situation that is causing worry amongst fans who believe that the problem is “much deeper” than the squad itself.
