Finance guru: Multiple big names to exit Man United after Matt Judge quits
Multiple big names are likely to follow Matt Judge out the exit door at Man United.
That is the view of finance expert Doctor Dan Plumley, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the shake-up behind the scenes at Old Trafford.
The Athletic reported last Friday (29 April) that director of football negotiations Judge has resigned after eight years in the role.
The same outlet followed up on Monday (2 May), claiming that Judge had grown frustrated with his relationship with United CEO Richard Arnold.
It is understood that the powerbroker enjoyed much closer links to previous CEO Ed Woodward, who was replaced by Arnold in January.
And Plumley predicts that his might not be the only high-profile departure as the Glazers seek a clean break with the Woodward era.

“It fits with the narrative of change at Old Trafford,” the Sheffield Hallam University expert told Football Insider’s Adam Williams.
“Woodward was part of the furniture for a long time but there is now a lot of noise about things being done differently.
“There does seem to be more change on the horizon with the new manager coming in.
“But we have been here before in the post-Ferguson era. It will take time to instigate real change.
“If they are determined to shake things up, a few more might depart and a few more might come in.”
United have announced that Ajax’s Erik ten Hag will become their new manager at the end of the season.
Interim boss Ralf Rangnick will stay on as a consultant but is not expected to wield great influence.
