‘Man United to unleash Harry Amass’ after Ruben Amorim development

Man United fans are excited to see how youngster Harry Amass will develop under potential new manager Ruben Amorim.

Since breaking into the first team this season, the 17-year-old didn’t make a single appearance under former manager Erik ten Hag.

Should Ruben Amorim take charge at Old Trafford as expected, he will likely implement his preferred 3-4-3 formation that brought him so much success as Sporting CP manager.

With Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia both struggling for fitness, Amass is the only player in Man United’s senior squad who could play as a left wing-back under Amorim.

Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui played the role under Ten Hag in the early parts of the season but with the Dutchman no longer at the club, Amass may finally be given a chance to show what he can do.

Regarded as one of the best defensive talents to come out of Man United’s academy in some time, Amass made 36 appearances across the club’s various youth teams.

Excited by the young talent they have on their hands, Man United fans took to X, formally known as Twitter, to urge Amorim to give him a chance.
