Man United told to seal deal for Marcus Rashford ally after source’s bid reveal – pundit
Paul Robinson has claimed Marcus Rashford is capable of playing as a number nine for Man United next season.
However, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one insisted another centre-forward would be needed if Cristiano Ronaldo left the club.
Ronaldo has told the Red Devils he wishes to leave this summer.

The Portugal captain wants to move to a Champions League club.
A Chelsea source told Football Insider (7 July) that the Blues are preparing a £14million bid for Ronaldo.
Erik ten Hag would have limited options if the ex-Real Madrid and Juventus star left Old Trafford.
When asked by Football Insider if United had a ready-made replacement in Rashford, Robinson said: “I think Rashford is capable of doing it.
“I think he can play that number nine role for United.
“The question is, can he do it for a whole season on his own? He was in and out of the side last year. He played a lot less football than he would have wanted. It could be a struggle to go from that, to the main man, the number nine at Manchester United.
“They would have to go into the market to buy another striker that could help Rashford.

“Ronaldo would leave a huge hole in that squad, there is no getting away from that. He played a lot of games and scored a lot of goals last season.
“If he goes, Erik ten Hag will have to go out and sign a striker that can help Rashford up there.”
