Man United’s Bruno Fernandes reacts as Marcus Rashford posts Barcelona message
Bruno Fernandes has reacted to Marcus Rashford after the forward departed Manchester United to join Barcelona on a season-long loan.
The Man United captain turned down a move away from the club earlier in the window when he was subject of interest from Saudi Arabia.
Rashford was one player manager Ruben Amorim wanted to offload this summer after sending the 27-year-old on loan to Aston Villa in January.
United finished 15th in the Premier League last season and did not qualify for European football making finances tight at the club this summer, and Amorim wants to rebuild the squad to be able to push up the table.

United players show support as Rashford makes move
Following his unveiling as a Barcelona player, Rashford took to Instagram to share a video to followers around his first day with the Spanish club.
The video showed Rashford being greeted by fans, meeting manager Hansi Flick and completing his medical.
Rashford captioned the post: “Thank you for such a warm welcome, see you soon,” which was liked by Fernandes and his United team mates Diogo Dalot, Joshua Zirkzee, Andre Onana and Tyrell Malacia.
Barcelona won the La Liga title and the Copa del Rey last season alongside making the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Barcelona lifeline could reignite Rashford’s career
Football Insider Verdict
After successfully completing the signing of Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford, after two rejected bids, and having already completed the purchase of Matheus Cunha earlier in the window, this has been a successful week for Amorim.
The Portuguese manager did not see Rashford as part of his future plans and being able to free up space in the wage bill could be crucial in being able to sign more players.
Barcelona have the option to sign Rashford for £30.3million as part of the loan deal.

Rashford has the move he wanted and being able to play Champions League football will present the forward with the opportunity to impress England boss Thomas Tuchel ahead of the World Cup next summer.
The 27-year-old has a chance to reignite his career in Spain and his ability to play across the front three could prove an asset to Tuchel, should his form warrant a place in his squad.
