Mane is ‘burnt out’ and Liverpool’s playing style has ‘caught up with him’ amid embarrassing reveal – pundit
Kevin Campbell fears Liverpool attacker Sadio Mane is “burnt out” after assessing his performance against Wolves.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Arsenal and Everton striker said the 28-year-old does not have the energy levels of previous seasons and is no longer a “constant threat”.

The winger has contributed 12 goals and six assists in 37 appearances across all competitions this season, but he has not scored in the Premier League since January.
Campbell believes Mane is paying for a number of seasons playing at a high tempo.
“I think Mane is burnt out,” he told Football Insider.
“The front three just do not look the same, the energy levels are not there.
“Mane has been a constant threat over the past few seasons and at the moment it does not look as if he has the energy he had previously.
“When you play high-tempo football all of the time, it is going to catch with you. I think it is catching up with Mane.”
Speaking on the Reds’ form yesterday, Mane said: “As a professional footballer it is not easy when you are used to winning every single game like we were used to last year.
“At times it was tough, but not like it is now, which is a really complicated time. But we are more experienced now and we know how to deal with things.”
