Marco Asensio’s latest message sparked plenty of reactions from teammates as Aston Villa celebrated a dominant win over Brighton.

His post received plenty of reactions, with fellow loanee Rashford dropping fire emojis and Morgan Rogers commenting “Again” likely referring to Asensio’s impressive goal-scoring streak in a Villa shirt.
Other teammates, including Ollie Watkins, Ezri Konsa, and Matty Cash, also showed their support by liking the post.
Football Insider revealed that Aston Villa are “almost certain” to push for Asensio’s permanent signing this summer, following his outstanding impact since arriving in January.
With eight goals and an assist in just 11 games, Asensio has proven to be a game-changer, whether starting or coming off the bench.
However, Aston Villa could face a hurdle in securing Asensio’s signature, as his high wages at PSG present a challenge—mirroring the situation surrounding Rashford’s potential permanent move.
