Martin Keown critical of Tottenham duo, states where the club needs to improve

Martin Keown has offered a critical view of Tottenham duo Moussa Sissoko and Vincent Janssen, who were purchased in the summer.
The former Arsenal defender believes Spurs need to improve in the transfer market as he believes the attacking duo have been poor additions.
Versatile attacker Sissoko moved to north London for a fee of £30million when Newcastle were relegated to the second tier of English football.
Striker Janssen was also another big-money addition during the summer window, moving from Dutch outfit AZ Alkmaar.
Both have struggled at White Hart Lane this term as Keown explained the area the club needs to improve in.

“They don’t buy well,” Keown told BT Sports Tonight, which aired on Saturday. “Sissoko came in for a lot of money, Janssen not fantastic. That needs to improve slightly.”
Mauricio Pochettino’s team will take on rivals Arsenal at White Hart Lane on Sunday as Sissoko and Janssen will be hoping to feature.
Over the course of the season, Sissoko has played 31 games in all competitions where he has failed to find the back of the net.
During his side’s last fixture against Crystal Palace, he was brought on at half-time with the game goalless as Tottenham went on to win the match 1-0.
By contrast, Janssen has struggled for form and consistency, scoring only two league goals during the campaign.
He has found it difficult to dethrone key striker Harry Kane from the starting XI and failed to prove his worth when the England man has been on the sidelines with injury.
In other Tottenham news, Paul Dickov believes Spurs will struggle to keep hold of this key man.
