
Martyn Waghorn airs delight on Twitter after Rangers win v Greenock Morton

Martyn Waghorn shared his delighted on Twitter on Sunday evening after his goal scoring display against Greenock Morton.
The 27-year-old played the full 90 minute for Rangers on the right side of a front three, as the famous side ran out 2-1 victors against the Championship side at Ibrox.
Waghorn scored the winning goal for his side as he found himself in a good position to tap home a ball in after Kenny Miller’s first half opener.
The goal marked the forward’s first strike since 16 December when he bagged twice against Hamilton and Waghorn shared on his personal Twitter account that he was ecstatic to find himself back on the score sheet.
Waghorn has been with Rangers since 2015 after moving from Wigan.
The striker was key as his side won the Championship title, scoring a very impressive 28 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions.
However, he hasn’t enjoyed the same success in the top flight with just three league goals this season in 18 appearances.
Supporters will now be hoping that the goal on Sunday alongside a managerial change can inspire a new lease of life to once in form striker with a match away at Dundee coming up next week.
