‘Massive’ Ibrox development could hand Celtic title advantage over Rangers – Agbonlahor
Sunday’s Old Firm clash is “massive” and a win for Celtic would hand them an early advantage over Rangers in the title race, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England forward insisted the momentum is in Celtic’s favour ahead of this weekend’s game at Ibrox.
After a shaky start, Ange Postecoglou has steadied the ship at Parkhead and they have won their last two league games 6-0.

Meanwhile, Rangers have not kept a clean sheet in the Scottish Premier League since the opening day.
“Rangers have looked a bit shaky in recent games, both in Europe and in the league,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“You look at that league, it’s about confidence and getting a run of games. I look at Celtic and they’ve had some big wins in the league this season.
“They look like a team that have got their act together. There’s no reason why they can’t win the title. I’m sure everyone associated with Celtic will look at it and say ‘Let’s do this’.
“Rangers have already lost this season so there’s no reason why Celtic can’t keep fighting to try and beat them.
“The Old Firm is the sort of game Celtic need to win to stop the rot. They’ve been losing too many games to Rangers recently.
“This game is massive. If they win that they will start to think ‘Yes, we can get back to where we need to be’.
“It’s a massive game and Celtic need to win.”

Last season, Rangers were unbeaten in their five meetings with Celtic in the league and Scottish Cup.
Steven Gerrard won four times and the two sides played out a 1-1 draw in March.
In other news, Celtic could seal three late-window signings after a £17.5million report.
