'Completely torn' - Calderwood says McInnes has huge Rangers decision to make
By John Reid
Jimmy Calderwood says that Derek McInnes has a big decision to make regarding his future.
The Aberdeen boss, and former Rangers player, is the favourite to take over from Pedro Caixinha has the new Rangers manager.
Caixinha lost his job after a 1-1 against Kilmarnock at Ibrox, the latest in a string of poor results.
Rangers youth coach Graeme Murty took over the reigns for Rangers’ 3-1 win over Hearts, and is set to manage the side against Partick Thistle at Ibrox this Saturday.
The future Rangers manager is yet to be decided though, and former Aberdeen boss – and well-known Rangers fan – Jimmy Calderwood says that McInnes will unsure what to do at the moment.

Speaking to the Aberdeen Press & Journal, Calderwood gave his view on the dilemma facing McInnes.
“He has been a brilliant Aberdeen manager and I know he loves it there.
“It is going to be a very difficult one for him if Rangers decide he is the man they want.
“They have to ask the question first before he has to make that decision.
“I think he will be completely torn as Aberdeen have done a lot for him.”
The likes of Alan Pardew, Michel Preud’homme and former Rangers boss Alex McLeish have been mentioned in reports for the Ibrox job, but it seems that McInnes is the man Rangers want.
It is rumoured that Rangers will approach Aberdeen for talks with McInnes this week.
