Medical booked: Liverpool finalise Diaz signing after £50m bid accepted – Sources
Luis Diaz is set to undergo a Liverpool medical in Argentina this weekend after they had a bid accepted by Porto, Football Insider understands.
The Merseyside giants have offered an initial £37.5million plus £12.5m of add-ons for the Colombia international, 25, and that is believed to have been accepted.
A Liverpool source has told Football Insider that a delegation from the club has flown out to Argentina, where Diaz will be at the weekend preparing for his country’s clash next Tuesday.

The forward is with Colombia for their World Cup qualifiers at home to Peru on Friday and away to Argentina on Tuesday.
Liverpool are set to put the finishing touches to the deal in south America to ensure it goes through by Monday night’s cut-off.
They have hijacked Spurs’ talks with Porto to move into pole position to clinch the deal.
Jurgen Klopp’s plan had been to hold off until the summer to recruit a marquee attacker capable of slotting straight into his starting XI.
But the Merseyside giants have been forced into a change of plan by the nature and level of Spurs’ interest, and the realisation that Diaz was set to transfer in this window.
It leaves Antonio Conte in danger of missing out on another of his targets, having seen Barcelona agree a loan deal with Wolves for Adama Traore.

Díaz can play on either flank, but is especially comfortable on the left, and has scored 16 goals and supplied six assists in 28 appearances in all competitions to help Porto establish a six-point lead at the summit of the Portugese league.
His attacking attributes would bolster competition for places alongside Sadio Mane, Mohammed Salah, Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino.
In other news, Liverpool have been handed a “huge, huge title boost” by three players.
