Michail Antonio tipped for West Ham switch by pundit after £35m+ report – ‘could you imagine’
Kevin Campbell has claimed West Ham striker Michail Antonio could revert to being a winger next season amid the imminent arrival of Gianluca Scamacca in London.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Arsenal and Everton goalscorer claimed Scamacca, 23, will give David Moyes “options” in attack next season.
According to the Evening Standard (25 July), the Hammers have agreed a £35.5million deal, including add-ons, with Sassuolo for Scamacca.

The Italy is said to be expected in London on Monday to tie up a move, with personal terms currently being discussed.
Scamacca could become West Ham’s fourth signing of the summer window.
When asked by Football Insider how the move would likely effect Antonio, Campbell said: “You have to remember that Antonio was playing up there and not getting a rest.
“There is times where you could play Scamacca up top and play Antonio on the right-wing. That is where Antonio made his name. He is a wide man.
“Who is to say that you don’t play both of them up top at times. Could you imagine that. Them two would be a right handful to play against.
“I just think it gives David Moyes and West Ham quite a few different options at the top end of the pitch.

“Antonio can play wide, wing-back or through the middle. He is a very versatile player.
“That could be really good business from West Ham to get Scamacca in.”
