‘Mikel Arteta won’t win Arsenal the Premier League’ as confirmed news emerges – fans

Arsenal supporters believe that they will never win the Premier League with Mikel Arteta in charge of the team after their goalless draw against Everton on Saturday (14 December).

Frustrations were shown at the Emirates Stadium after the game as some fans booed as the Gunners failed to win for the eighth time in the Premier League this season.

Arteta’s side have only won half of their matches so far in this campaign as they failed to capitalise on Liverpool dropping points against Fulham.

During his post-match press conference Arteta spoke about the frustrations among Arsenal fans about the team not pushing harder for a late winner against the Merseyside giants.

He said, “We have to manage the frustration. If nobody starts to speed up the game, or there is no room to speed it up and we start to watch the game, we need to understand that nobody starts to force [the opponent] to make mistakes and to lose a grab of the game.

“We have to say very far away from that.”

Arsenal fans have started to question Mikel Arteta

The Gunners faithful believe that Arteta’s mentality is now “too risk-averse,” with his latest comments seemingly confirming that in their eyes.

Fans believe that is the reason they “haven’t won anything major” during his tenure in charge of the team as others claimed Arteta is a “coward and cowards never attain greatness.”
