Milos Kerkez reacted to a message from Bournemouth teammate Dango Ouattara on social media as exit rumours continue to swirl.

Ouattara joined the Cherries in a deal worth £20million [BBC Sport] in January 2023 and after a slow start to life in England, the Burkinabe winger is enjoying a strong season.

Despite not scoring, the former Lorient man was a menace for Fulham to deal with in Bournemouth’s 1-0 win over the Cottagers on Monday night (14 April).

Newcastle target Antoine Semenyo stole the show with his goal, but Ouattara’s work on the opposite flank gave Timothy Castagne problems all game long.

Whilst speculation surrounding Andoni Iraola’s future at Bournemouth is the overriding conversation on the South Coast, the Spaniard will have been delighted with Ouattara’s impact.

Following the win over Fulham, Ouattara posted an image of himself in action, captioned: “Plus 3 points at home. This one feels good after few tough games. The work continues!”

Liverpool transfer target Kerkez reacted by liking the post, showing support for his Bournemouth teammate.

The Cherries bounced back from a six-game winless run with their win over the Whites, and will face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday (19 April) as they continue their push for European football.

Premier League clubs are currently tripping over themselves, trying to lay claim to a number of Bournemouth players who have flourished this season.

Semenyo, Kerkez, Dean Huijsen and Illia Zabarnyi are the four top talents bigger clubs want to sign this summer, whilst Justin Kluivert and Alex Scott continue to draw admiring eyes.

Even Iraola has a queue of clubs forming, with the Spaniard viewed as one of the top managerial talents in world football.

However, Bournemouth have made it clear they will not clear out their squad this summer, and as such, top teams will need to move quickly to secure their targets in the coming transfer window.

Whilst Huijsen’s release clause makes him a near-certainty to leave, the rest of the Cherries’ coveted group of players futures remain uncertain.
