Mohamed Diomande shares training ground update after confirmed Rangers news
Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande took to social media to share a training ground update after his recent ban was overturned.
The 23-year-old was given his marching orders in the 95th minute of their 3-1 Scottish Premier League win over Dundee United following an incident with defender Kevin Holt.
Diomande scored the equaliser for Rangers in the 36th minute after Dundee United striker Sam Dalby put his side ahead in the 19th.
The midfielder was then sent off in added time with the score at 3-1 after reacting to Holt’s attempt to drag him back by his shirt.
Referee Nick Walsh was sent to the VAR screen at the side of the Tannadice pitch, but after watching the footage back, decided to stick with the onfield decision.
The SFA have since rescinded Diomande’s two-match domestic ban, and he will be available to face relegation-threatened Ross County on Sunday (February 2).

The midfielder has been key for Philippe Clement so far this season, starting 29 of his 35 games across all competitions, scoring five goals, and providing four assists in his 2610 minutes of action.
Diomande took to Instagram after his ban was overturned to share an image of himself originally posted by teammate Nicolas Raskin.

Clement will turn his attention to the Europa League on Thursday (January 30) as they face Belgian side Union St.Gilloise at Ibrox.
Rangers will be hoping to avoid a potentially tricky play-off clash by finishing in the automatic spots in the new-look league phase, with the Glasgow side currently sitting in 13th with 11 points from their seven games.
