After a brilliant spell on the south coast for Southampton, he struggled for first-team football at Old Trafford and was subsequently shifted on by Jose Mourinho.
The midfielder has made six appearances for Everton since joining and is yet to lose a game with the Merseyside club.
Schneiderlin is a current France international and has picked up 15 caps playing for Les Bleus.
He failed to make an appearance his national side as they reached the Euro 2016 final in the summer despite being named in the squad of 23.
He will be hoping to continue his good form for Everton to get back into the France side. His next chance to impress will be against Tottenham next Sunday.
