Star Moussa Dembele has congratulated young duo Michael Johnston and Anthony Ralston on Twitter on Sunday after the pair made their senior debuts for the club on Saturday.
The Hoops took on St. Johnstone at Celtic Park for their 35th encounter of the Premiership campaign.
The league title has already been secured with matches to spare and the Bhoys will now have their attentions on the Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen at the end of the month alongside maintaining their unbeaten record.
This led to manager Brendan Rodgers handing academy pair Johnston and Ralston their first team debuts with both players starting the match for the Hoops.
Ralston ended up playing the entirety of the 4-1 victory in the right-back slot, while Johnston played 57 minutes and even bagged himself an assist for the opening Patrick Roberts goal.
Injured ace Dembele also took notice of the youngsters being named in the team and on Sunday he congratulated the pair via his personal Twitter account.
