The biggest issue with Pulis’ reign at West Brom is how little they actually tried to win games.
You can excuse that for when Albion have to play the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham, but when a team is set up to sit back and show respect to the Huddersfields and Burnleys of the league, that’s inexcusable.
Imagine if Pulis went to Rangers and set up his team to grind out a result against Hamilton or Kilmarnock. No one would turn up, and the Gers need the money from gate revenue.
