Rodgers decision backfires massively: Three things learned about Celtic in loss v Kilmarnock

COMMENT
Celtic went down to their second league defeat of the season, deservedly losing 1-0 to Kilmarnock at Rugby Park with the winning goal scored by man of the match Youssouf Mulumbu.
Brendan Rodgers made two changes to the team which beat Hearts 3-1, with Charly Musonda and Jack Hendry replacing Odsonne Edouard and Jozo Simunovic.
Unfortunately for the Bhoys they were never really able to get a rhythm going in the game, as they were disrupted by first-half injuries suffered by Kristoffer Ajer and Dedryck Boyata.
Killie had arguably been the better team the entire game, so it wasn’t a surprise to see the winner when it came.
Brendan Rodgers will now have to pick his team up for two cup games, against Partick in the Scottish Cup and Zenit in the Europa League.
