Done deal: Everton seal third biggest signing in club's history
By North-west correspondent Alex Stevens
Oumar Niasse has joined Everton for £13.5million, the club announced on Monday night.
The Merseysiders have clinched a deal for the striker after reaching an agreement with Lokomotiv Moscow and finalising terms with the player.
Niasse arrived at Everton’s Finch Farm headquarters on Monday afternoon to discuss personal terms and complete medical tests.
The 25-year-old has become the club’s third most expensive signing, behind only Romelu Lukaku, who joined from Chelsea for £28million in 2014, and Marouane Fellaini, who arrived in a £15million transfer from Standard Liege in 2008.
