Nicolas Jackson and William Saliba react to Axel Disasi’s Aston Villa message
Aston Villa defender Axel Disasi has drawn the attention of William Saliba and Nicolas Jackson after his post on social media.
The Chelsea defender made a loan move to Premier League rivals Villa on Deadline Day, following a difficult start to his Blues career.
The former Monaco defender had been one half of a stout defensive duo with Benoit Badiashile at the Ligue 1 club, but neither French defender have been able to translate their form to the Premier League.
Disasi was linked with a move to Wolves, but chose to join their Midland rivals Villa instead.
Disasi was included in Villa’s Champions League squad, at the expense of fellow new boys Donyell Malen and Andres Garcia.

The French international posted on his Instagram with a message to Villa fans, saying: “Let’s start”.
Jackson then liked the post, wishing his teammate well as the two are set to battle it out as Chelsea and Villa compete for a Champions League spot this season.
Jackson has been linked with a Chelsea exit, following a poor run of form that has seen some Blues fan’s call for the team to sign a replacement for the Senegalese striker.

The post was also liked by Chelsea stars Tosin Adarabioyo, Trevoh Chalobah and Disasi’s France international teammate, William Saliba.

Saliba and Disasi are both vying for a spot in the French national team in one of the most competitive positions in world football.
France are blessed with the option of Ibrahima Konate, Dayot Upamecano, Jules Kounde and the duo mentioned above.
However, despite Arsenal becoming one of the top sides in England, they may struggle to keep hold of their star centre-back, as Real Madrid are interested in signing Saliba.
