Celtic fans have taken to social media to debate the performance of Charly Musonda against Kilmarnock.
The 21-year-old found the going tough in the game, which the Hoops lost 1-0 thanks to a Youssouf Mulumbu.
Brendan Rodgers seemed to change his system to accommodate the young Belgian, but the move didn’t work as the Bhoys found it very difficult to create chances, having only one shot on target in the entire game.
The Celts weren’t hyped by first-half injuries to Boyata and Ajer but the performance of the team won’t go down well with supporters.
Here are some of the reactions from Twitter to Musonda’s performance against Kilmarnock:
Sinclair when he came on was poor.Hendry not Celtic class along with a fee more.If Musonda keeps getting hacked he wont be here for long

Aye JH looked good. Team looks as tho asways lookin to pass side or back. Musonda crowded out all the time and no 1 willing to step up. Think it has to be 2 up top tho. Against Hearts was dif class. Think that should be the go to domestic formation

Claim Real Madrid came to watch Musonda today and couldn’t find him

Rodgers changing the shape to fit Musonda today has been the down fall, hasn’t showed up.

Thought Hendry was solid today, looks a good buy. Musonda was never in the game. Lack creativity majorly. No service again for Moussa

The Hoops failed to get going in a game which they didn’t register their first shot on target until the 90th minute, and the decision to break up the partnership of Dembele and Edouard who dominated Hearts in midweek looks to be mistake.
The gap at the top of the league table could now be down to single figures if Aberdeen win their game in hand, which is against Hamilton.
Of more pressing concern to the Hoops though, is that they are less than a fortnight away from the Europa League last 32 clash against Zenit, and Musonda and the rest of the team will need to up their game or the Bhoys will be knocked out.
