Solskjaer told he may have committed ‘sackable offence’ after Man United training ground reveal – pundit
It is “ridiculous” for Man United to try and convert Jadon Sancho into a right wing-back, according to Danny Mills.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Man City and England defender suggested it was a “sackable offence” by Solskjaer to try and dramatically change Sancho’s position.
The Athletic reported (November 9) the 21-year-old has been tried at wing-back in recent training sessions at Carrington.

Sancho has struggled since his £75million move from Borussia Dortmund over the summer.
He is yet to register a goal or an assist in 13 appearances across all competitions for his new club.
“Good luck turning him into a wing-back!” Mills joked to Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“He didn’t play for England too much in the Euros because I don’t think he was reliable enough to track back and do the defensive side of it. Dortmund never played him there.
“You bought a winger who is going to create chances and score goals. Suddenly you’re going to play him at wing-back in an unbelievably leaky defence. It’s like, really?
“That’s almost a sackable offence in itself.
“Shall we put Cristiano Ronaldo at centre-half because he can head a ball? I think Ronaldo can head the ball better than the centre-halves at the moment so should they put him at centre-half?
“It’s more than a little bit ridiculous.”

Sancho has not started a game for Man United since the 4-2 loss to Leicester City last month and was axed from the England squad as a result.
The defeat at the King Power stadium led to Solskjaer to line up in his side in a 3-5-2 formation.
