Emi Martinez exit talk grows as Villa stars face uncertain future

While speculation continues to mount around Rogers, another fan favourite could also be nearing the exit door.

Emi Martinez was visibly emotional after the win over Spurs, leaving the pitch in tears and waving to supporters in what appeared to be a farewell gesture.

Former Premier League goalkeeper Paul Robinson told Football Insider that up to three Saudi Arabian clubs are targeting a move for Martinez, and his actions after the match only fuelled rumours of a summer departure.

Despite the speculation, Emery will be hoping both of his key players can remain focused as Villa approach their final fixture of the season.
