Bristol City’s Aden Flint is reportedly not on Leeds’ transfer shortlist this summer but the Yorkshire giants must look to add another centre-back to their ranks.
Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Lee Sobot claimed on his personal Twitter account that he believes Robins captain Flint is not a target for Thomas Christiansen’s side.
Still strongly getting the impression that #lufc are not interested in signing Bristol City centre-back Aden Flint.

However, Leeds have just three first team centre-backs available to them in Liam Cooper, Matthew Pennington and Pontus Jansson, with the latter suspended for the Whites’ first two encounters.
A permanent deal for Kyle Bartley seems unlikely, as the Swansea defender has featured in Paul Clement’s side during their pre-season tour of the United States.
Another central defender is needed at Elland Road and bringing a player with Championship experience to Yorkshire could be key in boosting the Whites’ target of promotion.
Football Insider identifies three defenders from England’s second tier that could be signed by Leeds instead of Flint, as Christiansen prepares his side to face Bolton on August 6.
