Leeds United had a semi-successful January transfer window but it will no doubt leave some fans frustrated that there was no big name signing with the number of players linked to Elland Road.
Thomas Christiansen and director of football Victor Orta worked together to snap up a host of new players.
Tyler Roberts, Adam Forshaw and Laurens De Bock with the view to them playing an instant role in the Leeds first-team while there were also big plans made the future by padding out Carlos Corberan’s Under-23s side.
Going into the window, Leeds were dealt with a number of injury and suspension blows.
Luke Ayling was ruled out for the rest of the season while Eunan O’Kane, Samu Saiz and Kalvin Phillips have had their disciplinary issues.
Added to that was a lack of goals, so a full-back, central midfielder and a forward were all players that Leeds were tipped to sign – and they did.
