'Outstanding' - John Hartson hails Celtic duo on Twitter after awards night

Former striker John Hartson has hailed current Celtic duo Kieran Tierney and Scott Sinclair as “outstanding” after the pair scooped up the club awards on Sunday evening.
Tierney, 19, was named the club’s young player of the season for the second consecutive year at the Scottish giant’s annual awards, while summer signing Sinclair was named the player of the season alongside the players player of the season.
Both were quick to take to Twitter themselves and thank fans for their votes in a very successful season for the Hoops.
Meanwhile, ex-forward Hartson also paid tribute to the pair via his personal Twitter account and he labelled them as “outstanding.”

Tierney has played in 21 Premiership matches for Celtic this season, scoring one goal and providing eight assists.

He missed a fair chunk of the season with a ligament injury, but he has slotted straight back in as the left-back in Brendan Rodgers’ team as they look to complete the season unbeaten.
Meanwhile, Sinclair has shone in his debut season in Scotland, bringing a return of 21 goals and seven assists in 31 outings and the 28-year-old will be hoping to impress again in the next campaign.
