Chris Sutton delivers Twitter verdict on Celtic loss v Kilmarnock
Chris Sutton has used social media to criticise Celtic for their performance against Kilmarnock.
Brendan Rodgers’ side were deservedly beaten 1-0 by the Rugby Park side, with the outstanding Youssouf Mulumbu scoring the only goal of the game.
The former Hoops striker was disappointed with the display of his former side and wasn’t short in letting people know that.
“Kilmarnock 1-0 Celtic. Mulumbu outstanding display with the winner” he said, as quoted on his personal Twitter account.
“Deserved victory against a very under par Celtic team”.

Brendan Rodgers made changes from the side which swept aside Hearts in midweek, bringing in Charly Musonda and Jack Hendry for their full first-team debuts.
The decision didn’t work though, as the Hoops struggled to create any chances, with their only shot on target coming from an Olivier Ntcham free-kick in the 90th minute as chances were at a premium.
The team weren’t helped with more injury problems though, as both Kristoffer Ajer and Dedryck Boyata were forced off in the first-half, which disrupted the team’s rhythm, a couple of blows which they found it difficult to recover from.
The Hoops boss will have to pick his team up for some big matches in the next few weeks, with a Scottish Cup tie against Partick, a top of the table visit to Aberdeen and perhaps most importantly the Europa League last 32 clash against Zenit to come.
