Paul Pogba sends message to Jadon Sancho after Man United deal agreed
Paul Pogba sent a message to fellow ex-Man United star Jadon Sancho after his impressive performance against West Ham on Saturday (September 21).
The 24-year-old provided his second assist in as many games for his new club, slipping Nicolas Jackson through to score after just four minutes.
Jackson, 23, then scored his second to give Chelsea a 2-0 lead before heading into half-time before Cole Palmer sealed the three points just after the break.
Sancho was eventually replaced by Pedro Neto in the 57th minute, leaving the field with a 90 per cent pass accuracy rate and two chances created.
Pogba, 31, played with Sancho for two years at Man United before the French central-midfielder decided to return to Juventus in 2022.

Sancho has taken to life at Chelsea like a duck to water, playing a pivotal role for Enzo Maresca with just 102 Premier League minutes under his belt.
The left-winger is yet to score for his new club after securing a loan move to West London late on transfer deadline day.
In a post celebrating the win against West Ham on Instagram, Pogba, 31, responded with a simple one-word message saying “Him”.

World Cup winner Pogba is currently serving a four-year ban from football after testing positive for DHEA, a banned substance said to enhance testosterone levels.
Man United next face Dutch side FC Twente in their first Europa League game of the season at Old Trafford on Wednesday (September 25).
